I can not recommend this jeweller highly enough, especially Caroline, she went above and beyond to help source the perfect ring, despite the short notice, from our first enquiry on Wednesday afternoon, to collecting the ring on Saturday, Caroline kept us updated throughout the process. She sourced the ring from their colleagues in Belfast, had it sent over for us to view and returned it to be sized and the ring was back in Crewe for us to collect on Saturday.
Their professionalism, communication and dedication made this experience seamless.
