I recently went to Pass’s as I had a problem with arthritis which meant my knuckle had swollen to 4 sizes larger than the base of my finger so I couldn’t wear any of my rings. I talked to Caroline Buckle who carefully explained the various options and we decided on having my favourite ring remounted on a hinged shank so that it opened up to fit over my knuckle but closed to 4 sizes smaller so it didn’t swivel round my finger. Caroline was so patient and measured my finger each visit to ensure the size hadn’t altered. My husband and I are delighted with the ring and the service we received.
