I visited John Pass to look for both a new engagement and wedding ring, the engagement ring was an upgrade due to a long engagement. I think the lovely lady who assisted me was called Jackie, she was very patient and listened to what I required. On the same day after trying numerous rings I chose what I liked, visiting the shop afterwards to check my ring size etc other team members were more than happy to help me. I can't recommend John Pass enough. Keep doing what you're doing. 10/10.

I visited John Pass Crewe today, I dealt with Steve both today and Saturday, what I wanted wasn’t in stock so he advised he could arrange it from another store, he kindly ordered the item into Crewe stock and called yesterday to advise it had arrived . I would just like to say how helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient he was throughout the entire purchase. I can strongly recommend both Steve and the rest of John Pass staff to anyone.

I had the pleasure of choosing this jewellers back in January this year. i expressed my wants of a Rolex Yacht master 40 & a Rolex GMT sprite.
